At Hallfield School we aim to ensure our fees provide excellent value for parents for the rich and progressive education on offer.

The Board of Governors reviews our fees annually in the Spring Term. Current and new parents are notified of the fee changes before the Easter break and ahead of the new academic year in September.

In recent years, our fee increases have been kept to a minimum and below the national average for Prep Schools. All accounts are payable on or before the first day of term. We also offer alternative ways to pay, which are detailed below.

Registration fee and acceptance deposit

There is a non-refundable registration fee and an acceptance deposit which is payable when a place is accepted. A refund of the acceptance deposit, less any disbursements, is made at the end of Year 6 or Year 8. For further information, please refer to the School’s Terms and Conditions.

Fees in Advance Scheme

The school is now operating a Fee in Advance Scheme, for Years 1-8, which is designed to offer parents a more flexible and beneficial way to manage school fee payments. By paying your child’s school fees in advance, you can enjoy the following advantages:

Fixed Fees: Parents who opt for the scheme will fix their fee at the 2024/2025 rate over the period you wish to cover; up to a maximum of 3 years/9 terms. This can result in significant savings over the course of the scheme.

Financial Planning: Paying fees in advance allows families to better plan their finances.

Eligibility: All current and prospective students are eligible to participate in the scheme.

If you would like further information on the scheme, please contact Bhavesh Patel, Director of Finance and Operations.

We understand that every family’s financial situation is unique, and we are committed to providing flexible payment options. For those who may not be able to participate in the scheme, our regular payment options via School Fee Plan will remain available.

School Fee Plan

At Hallfield School, as standard we invoice families on a termly basis, a term in advance. There is an alternative way to pay using School Fee Plan a third party financial provider who will pay your fees directly to the school whilst you pay them back on a monthly basis by direct debit. For more information about School Fee Plan and how to apply for their payment scheme please visit their website at the button below.
