Y5 Green Team Vs Solihull School
The Year 5 Green team played an exciting 7-a-side match against Solihull at Solihull School. The game was well-matched in terms of ability, with possession being evenly spread across both teams. The ball moved up and down the court throughout the match, making for an engaging game. Unfortunately, Solihull’s defence proved slightly stronger, preventing Hallfield from scoring, and the match ended with a 2-0 scoreline in Solihull’s favour. Well done to Alaura, who was deservedly named Player of the Match. Great effort from all the girls – well done!

Y5 Red Team Vs Solihull School
Year 5 Red team played an exciting match against Solihull. The girls had worked hard in training and were able to implement many of the ideas worked on in practice. Good link up play in attack between Jaiya, Mia, Aditi and Maidah gave Hallfield lots of opportunity to score. Strong defence from Sumayyah, Tabetha and Mahi limited Solihull’s chances and enabled Hallfield to run out 10-2 winners. Well done girls for some super play. Player of the game was Jaiya.
Badminton U11 vs West house
12 Prep children participated in the badminton match against West House on Monday and showed an impressive display of skills. The shot consistency from both teams allowed for long rallies which made each game exciting and competitive, with no game being one-sided.
Rayyan and Robin played particularly well with wins against some strong opponents from West house. Overall, it was a fun and engaging match for both the children and parents, well done!

Seniors’ Lacrosse
Our Seniors enjoyed another new sport, that of lacrosse. Having built up the skills in previous weeks they organised themselves into positions and discussed tactics before playing a game. Final result 3-2 to the blues!
