Green VS Solihull under 9’s
This game was played as a 5 a side, split into 4 quarters. In the first quarter, both defences were on top with no goals being scored due to some excellent defence from Roop and Elyssa. Moving into the second quarter, Amber and Aya gelled well together to produce good attacking play but unfortunately, against the run of play Solihull were able to score making the score 1-0 at half time. In the third quarter, Luiza, Hannah and Alivia showed great team work to move the ball across the court with speed. Hallfield contained Solihull but were still unable to find the equalising goal. An exciting final quarter saw Vithi link the play welland provide good opportunities to score. Hallfield worked hard, showing great determination and Ava managed to score in the last minute to secure a 1-1 draw against Solihull. Super team work well done! Player of the game, Amber.

U9 Red Team v Solihull
Hallfield faced Solihull at home in an exciting Year 4 netball game. The team showed great teamwork throughout the match where the ball moved quickly from end to end. The girls rose to the challenge of the match with Hania, Jiya, Shaanvie and Hannah working hard to keep Solihull at bay. Despite some impressive defending Solihull were able to score 3 goals during the match. Hallfield however, came back strongly and with some great play across the court from Millie, Haniya, Midian and Evelyn they were able to score 6 goals to win a great match. Super determination and great team work well done girls!
U9 Blue Team v Solihull
A super game with two evenly matched teams. The ball moved quickly up and down the court with some slick play in attack from Yasmine, Mahi and Heather to give Hallfield lots of opportunity to score. Unfortunately, on the counter attack Solihull were able to pop one in the net to make the score 1-0. Hallfield worked with increasing determination to win the ball back and move it down towards the goal Lynn, Abeeha, Amal and Apti provided great defence to stop Solihull scoring again, but despite valiant efforts from Amaya, Bethany and Anna Hallfield were unable to pull the goal back and lost narrowly 1-0. An exciting game where the girls showed great team work. Well done! Player of the game Mahi.
