Open Air Cinema 2023

Thank you to everyone who made our open air cinema event on Saturday 23 September such a success. Hallfield pupils, their families and friends of the school gathered on the playing fields with camping chairs and picnic blankets.  Children were entertained with music, face-painting and balloon modelling, and were given free roam of the playing fields where they kicked footballs, played cricket and enjoyed running about with their friends.

Delicious aromas filled the air as our street food vendors cooked up a storm! All sorts of tastes were catered for as guests could choose fried chicken or broccoli wings in home made sauces, loaded fries and hot dogs or BBQ tandoori meats and samosa bowls. For those with a sweeter tooth there were dipped gelato lollies and cheesecakes, home-made cakes and all sorts of hot drinks. Hallfield Seniors also cooked and sold popcorn as part of their enterprise activities.
